Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Receiving Technician with proven experience and the possibility of career growth, who will be in daily contact with clients and car mechanics. An interesting job awaits you, where you will see results behind you. We can appreciate you above standard for a job well done.
- planning of warranty repairs
- planning of workshop capacity
- preliminary calculation of repair prices, invoicing of service orders
- comprehensive customer care
- coordination of the activities of service car mechanics
- receiving and issuing vehicles to the service
What we expect from you
- you have completed secondary education
- work experience in the field
- you can boast of excellent orientation in the automotive industry, knowledge of the competition and trends
- technical knowledge of cars is no stranger to you
- you can coordinate and complete service cases
- even at a working pace, you have a pleasant demeanor and customer approach
- interest in the cause, carefulness and reliability are not empty words for you
- you own a B driver's license
- you know how to solve problems and you can solve them
- you enjoy coming up with new ideas
- you are familiar with PC
